Workload & Structure

4–6 sessions
12 x 15-minute appointments per session
No routine home visits
Half-day duty only
GPs typically finish on time (around 5:30–6:00pm)
Daily coffee break + weekly clinical meetings

Teaching practice (HYMS students), former Training practice
Strong GP retention – most trained there
Purpose-built premises
Data quality team removes ~90% of pathology workload
Support for special interests (funded diplomas previously

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list
