We had been struggling to recruit by traditional methods for some time when we decided to try using Menlo Park. Victoria was really good at getting to know about our team and ethos and drilling down about what we really needed.

She had very quickly found someone who was a good match and has gone on to join us as a partner – something we could only dream about six months ago!

We are a medium sized practice that was looking for a ANP or similar role to join the practice after many months of no success trying myself to recruit, I turned to Rohan Fletcher to recruit for me.

This took one phone call with Rohan to outline what the practice needed. After a couple of CV’s we recruited and Rohan took care of all the admin i.e. references, DBS checks and relevant qualifications. This was a simple and quick process.

We (Park Medical Centre, Leek) have used Menlo Park Recruitment to assist with recruitment of salaried GPs since March 2021. We had a succession of partner retirements hence the need to recruit, we were initially reluctant to engage with a recruitment agency but have not looked back since first making contact. I have a great working relationship with our GP recruitment consultant, Patrick Flowers. He carried out an extensive fact find interview with me to fully understand the practice and get a feel for the culture we have and our patient demographic. The candidates that Patrick has recommended have all been excellent and since 2021 we have offered positions to 5 of these with 4 of them taking up positions with the practice.

Patrick maintains contact with the practice to check that the candidates have settled and also to see if anything has changed since the original fact-finding interview in case we have need to use them again in the future.

We also used Menlo Park when looking to fill an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner appointment and dealt with Rohan Fletcher, he also undertook a fact find interview so he was fully equipped to find appropriate candidates. Once again, the standard of candidates was excellent.
Both Patrick and Rohan are extremely knowledgeable on what is currently being offered in terms of salary and benefits regionally and this was very helpful in terms of finalising our offer and negotiations with candidates.
