Salary: Circa £115,000

Location: Invercargill, New Zealand

Serving a population of approximately 5,700, the practice is proudly community-trust owned and operates on a non-profit model that prioritises its patients, which is an ethos that has earned strong local loyalty, with some families attending for over 60 years. The team is supportive, welcoming, and highly collegial, with excellent staff retention (92% over six years) and a genuine emphasis on wellbeing and preventing burnout.
