Salaried GP, Wimbledon, SW London

This is an opportunity to work for an extremely organised and proactive practice. The surgery is mid-sized and friendly with a close-knit team with great camaraderie. The practice is extremely low-visiting, with no extended hours requirement and a modern approach to the on-call doctor system.

Salary – £11,500 per session + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Wimbledon area

The surgery –

• Mid-sized Teaching Practice
• Mixed patient demographic
• Mid-sized friendly practice
• Varied MDT, including prescribing pharmacists
• Extremely organised, efficient practice offering minimal admin
• High QOF achieving
• EMIS Web Clinical System

Your role –

• Salaried GP post
• 4, or 5, sessions available – Friday is required
• A mix of 10 and 15-min appointments with a maximum of 16 patients per session
• Minimal home visits
• Modern on-call system
• Opportunity to work additional sessions for the hub
• Contribute to the development of the practice – take on a lead role and support projects and audit activities
• Encouraged to develop special interests and develop a portfolio career

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
