Job Summary:

Exceptionally organised practice, with highly efficient processes, effective use of triaging systems to ensure smooth patient journey. Very reasonable workload – both clinical and non-clinical. Patient centric, with low levels of admin. Highly trained multi-disciplinary team. CQC rated Good. Young patient demographic. Fantastic location very close to the station.

Training Practice.

Salary – £11,000 – £12,000 per session (depending on experience) + indemnity paid + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave

Location – Maida Vale – excellent tube links and on-site parking

The surgery –

• Forward-thinking, dynamic set-up.
• Purpose-built practice.
• High levels of support.
• Prescribing Pharmacist to assist with prescriptions.
• Very low-visiting.
• Supportive Clinical Lead GP
• Multi-disciplinary team (Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Physician Associate).
• Clinically led, by you and the other GPs.
• Wide range of learning and teaching opportunities.

Your role

• 6 sessions.
• 15 patients per session – mix of f2f and telephone appointments
• Ver low admin
• Very low home-visiting
• Less than 10 documents per day
• Triaging hub of clinicians who manage all urgent queries, urgent appointments and pathology result actions, leaving the GPs on a normal clinic to focus on their patients.
• Triage doctor once per week.

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
