Salaried GP, Coventry

Background

We are recruiting for a fixed-term Salaried GP under the new ARRS funding, for a particularly forward-thinking Practice in Coventry. The contract will be fixed until the 31^st March 2026, though extension into a longer-term role is possible for the right candidate if funding is confirmed beyond this point.

An incredibly innovative Practice, with passionate colleagues involved locally in Federations and the ICB. Development is actively encouraged, and you’ll be supported in the pursuit of specialist interests and involvement with local services and allied health organisations. The Practices within the PCN are very organised, so workflow is efficient and patient numbers are very realistic. You will be working alongside an experienced MDT, including ANPs, Physios, Pharmacists and Podiatrists.

Unlike other PCN roles, you will be based in one Practice. There will be minimal visits, no duty doctor and 15-minute appointments.

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.

• £10,200 per session + Indemnity + NHS Pension + BMA contract

Your role

• ARRS GP – must be within 2 years of CCT, and not have worked a substantive post before
