This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new clinic from day one, working alongside a UK-trained GP already embedded across two sites in regional Victoria. The Practice

• Brand-new clinic – the newest of four sites in the group, giving you a genuine chance to help shape the service and its culture from day one.
• High patient demand – the clinic bridges a real gap in a region where GP wait times stretch to 4-6 weeks, so demand is guaranteed from the outset.
• Proven UK GP integration – a UK-trained GP already works across this site and the practice’s Melbourne clinic, so you will not be the first through the door.
• Hands-on leadership – a hands-on clinic owner and practice manager are closely involved day to day, offering genuine support to new recruits as they settle in.
• Manageable scope – the clinic handles acute and some chronic presentations, with clear referral pathways to the local hospital’s emergency department when needed.

Skills and Requirements

• MRCGP or equivalent
• AMC registration (or eligibility), with RACGP fellowship or working towards it.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Strong communication and teamwork
