General Practitioner / Family Physician – Scarborough ON

Salary Range: $300,000 – $600,000 CAD

Job Summary:
An outstanding opportunity is available for a UK-trained GP seeking to establish themselves in Scarborough, Ontario. This newly launched primary care setting offers immediate patient demand, excellent earning potential, and exceptional flexibility around working hours. With full LMIA sponsorship, structured onboarding, and a highly supportive on-site team, this role is ideal for physicians looking for a smooth transition to Canada and long-term professional stability.

The Practice:
This modern primary care service operates from within a well-established physiotherapy centre in a prime Scarborough location. Two fully equipped GP consultation rooms are available, with strong in-house referral pathways between physicians and allied health professionals. The clinic benefits from consistently high footfall and is open to welcoming walk-in patients initially, allowing new physicians to build patient volume quickly. The surrounding community has a large Chinese demographic, creating strong demand for culturally responsive care. A Medical Office Assistant is available to support both clinical workflow and translation, ensuring efficient consultations and excellent patient experience. Physicians typically see 4–6 patients per hour, supported by a dedicated reception team, experienced practice manager, and medical assistant.
