This modern, high-demand clinic provides immediate patient volume, flexible remuneration models, and full visa support. The Practice:

This Family Practice and Walk-In clinic, established in 2020, delivers accessible and compassionate primary care to a rapidly growing patient population. Strong patient flow is supported by both walk-in and longitudinal services, allowing new physicians to build full panels quickly. A pharmacy located adjacent to the clinic enhances convenience and attractiveness for patients. The clinic serves a predominantly Asian community, creating high demand for multilingual physicians. Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu is highly advantageous and supports rapid patient list growth. The practice is supported by a close-knit team.

Salary Range: $300,000 – $600,000 CAD

Location: Canada

FFS Model:

• 70/30 split in favour of the physician
• 5% telehealth
• Greater selectivity with patient mix

LFP Model:

• Government capitation payments providing income stability
• Estimated FTE earnings of $500,000–$600,000
• Unlimited annual leave through physician cross-cover
• Two-year contract
• Visa sponsorship
• Assistance with 1–2 months’ rent
