The Practice

• Based at Geelong Mall, right in the city centre, giving a steady, high-footfall patient base from day one.
• DPA-classified, opening immediate Medicare provider access for eligible overseas-trained GPs under the 19AB moratorium.
• Part of a 12-centre group founded in 2012 that has kept a genuine small-practice feel despite its scale – GPs are known individually, not treated as a number.
• Doctor preferences on hours, consultation length and patient load are accommodated almost without exception, according to centre management.
• A hands-on Director and Owner who remains personally focused on doctor development and long-term retention.

• Full visa sponsorship for eligible overseas-trained GPs, aligned to a 2-year initial contract with dedicated support throughout.
• A ready-built patient base from day one, thanks to the centre’s high-footfall, established location – no slow build from zero.
• Structured onboarding and training into the Australian health system, Medicare billing and clinical software, however new you are to it.
• Modern, well-equipped facilities, with up-to-date clinical equipment and dedicated centre-level support staff handling scheduling and billing.
• A flexible schedule of 38-40 hours across 4-5 days, with consultation length and patient load largely your own choice, not a fixed target.
• Ongoing professional development support, backed by a Director who stays personally involved and invested in your long-term career.

Geelong’s waterfront promenade along Corio Bay is right on your doorstep, complete with a swimming enclosure and carousel, and the Bellarine Peninsula’s wineries and beaches are under 30 minutes away. Skills and Requirements

• Qualified as a General Practitioner, registered with the GMC and UK Performers List, or eligible for AMC/RACGP registration.
• MRCGP or equivalent qualification.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
