Salary Range: CAD $800,000 – $960,000+

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Family Physician to join a modern, fast-growing, and extremely high-performing clinic in Toronto, Ontario. The Practice:
This modern walk-in clinic and family practice has been operating successfully for just over a year and has rapidly developed an outstanding reputation within the local community. Despite being relatively new, the clinic has already established itself as a highly respected and high-demand healthcare provider, driven by exceptional patient satisfaction, strong Google reviews, and an expanding patient base.

Currently home to 3 UK-trained GPs, the clinic provides both longitudinal family medicine and same-day walk-in care, servicing a broad and diverse patient demographic, including large numbers of private patients and students. Open 7 days per week with extended evening hours, the clinic offers huge flexibility and sustained patient demand throughout the week.

The practice delivers a broad range of services including chronic disease management, mental health, women’s health, respiratory care, diabetes care, and preventative medicine. Built around a “work smart, not hard” philosophy, the clinic operates with highly efficient systems and a strong 1-to-1 MOA support structure, significantly reducing administrative burden for physicians.

Doctors within the clinic typically see between 60–70 patients per day through efficient workflows and excellent operational support, creating exceptional billing opportunities. An immediate vacancy has become available due to a departing physician leaving for health reasons, meaning a substantial and established patient roster is available to inherit from day one.
