Salary Range:  $400,000–$800,000 CAD (£215,000 – £435,000)

Job Summary:

This opportunity offers a Family Physician the chance to join a newly established, purpose-built primary care clinic located just outside Edmonton, Alberta. It combines strong earning potential with immediate patient demand and the ability to shape a growing service from an early stage. Well suited to GPs seeking a meaningful, community-focused role, the position provides a balance of clinical variety, professional autonomy, and long-term stability within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

The Practice:

This clinic is a modern, newly developed primary care facility based within the Enoch Cree Nation, designed to support a high-quality, integrated and community-led model of care. The purpose-built site includes 10 fully equipped consulting rooms, as well as dedicated walk-in and day clinic spaces, alongside on-site pharmacy and physiotherapy services to improve both patient access and clinical efficiency. It serves a local First Nations population of over 3,000 patients, with additional demand from surrounding areas and nearby Edmonton, creating strong and consistent patient volumes from the outset and enabling rapid list growth. There is a clear focus on continuity of care, trust-building and culturally respectful practice, with leadership committed to balancing clinical quality alongside broader social and mental health needs.
