Locum GP Support Needed – Block Booking – Workington

Background – A lovely practice based in Workington, is looking for cover starting ASAP until the 10^th April. There is a potential that this cover may be extended past this point.

The practice is looking for cover on Monday, Tuesday and Friday’s form now – 10^th April. Support with Shared Admin will be needed in this period.

You will need to have at least 18 months post CCT experience for this post, as there may be elements of supervising in this post.

Salary – £700 – 750 per day

Location – Whitehaven, Cumbria

The surgery –

• EMIS practice
• 33k patient base
• CQC rated ‘Good’
• Training Practice
• Supportive, multi-disciplinary team

Your role –

• Locum GP
• 8:30am – 6.30pm
• 15 – 17 patient contacts per session
• ASAP start (pending compliance)
• 15 min F2F / 10 min Telephone appointments
• No Duty
• Supervising may be required
• Shared Admin required
• Home Visits not required at this time
• You must be a qualified General Practitioner and be registered with the GMC and UK Performer’s List
