Join a highly rated, GP-owned practice currently expanding due to growing patient demand. With a hybrid working model, high staff retention, and a long waiting list of patients, this full-time role offers long-term stability, autonomy, and excellent earning potential of $500,000–$600,000 CAD per year.

£160,000–£340,000

The Practice:
This is a well-established, GP-led and community-focused practice undergoing a dynamic expansion phase. It boasts a strong clinical reputation, a supportive team environment, and a well-structured management system that ensures smooth day-to-day operations. The clinic combines traditional family practice with the flexibility of virtual care, offering doctors clinical variety and control over their schedule.

With a professional, tight-knit team and high staff retention, new physicians are welcomed into a collaborative and respectful culture. The clinic is committed to providing quality patient care and has a long waiting list, meaning you can build a full patient roster quickly and efficiently.

Benefits:

  • 70/30 fee split
    • Estimated annual earnings: $500,000–$600,000 CAD
    • 3-year contract with potential for renewal
    • Basic hourly salary & paid admin time (LFP model)
