Job Summary:
A well-established primary care clinic in British Columbia is seeking a Family Physician to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to step into an already busy practice with excellent earning potential, strong clinical support and a structured working environment.
The Practice:
This established teaching clinic serves a large, consistently growing patient population. The practice is known for strong patient retention and demand, with newly joined physicians becoming fully booked in a short period of time. Facilities are modern and spacious, including 16 consultation rooms and a dedicated area for minor procedures such as cryotherapy, excisions and suturing. The wider team structure is a major strength of the practice, bringing together Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, Diabetes Educators, Respiratory Therapists and experienced support staff to create a highly collaborative environment. The clinic has an established and diverse medical team, including internationally trained physicians who are already well integrated into the practice, making it a supportive option for overseas-trained GPs moving to Canada.
