Salary – tiered salary structure depending on personal list size. Initial probationary rate of £12,000-12,500, increasing to c£13,000 a session once holding a normal list, and £14,000-14,500 for a larger list, perhaps with a view to becoming a Partner.

The surgery –

  • GP Training Practice
  • Great GP retention
  • Mixed demographic offering great variety
  • Geared towards reducing GP workload
    • Data, QOF and Secretarial teams minimising non-clinical workload
    • Home visiting team conducting vast majority of visits
    • Fantastic MDT including Mental Health Nurses, Physios, Paramedics and Specialist Nurses ensuring GPs only deal with GP-relevant work
  • Twice-daily coffee breaks – both well attended
  • 6 weekly morning shutdown for sig events and CPD workshops
  • Quarterly afternoon shutdown for whole team away day
  • SystmOne practice

Your role –

  • Salaried GP (view to Partnership available)
  • 4 or more sessions per week – full-time available
  • Maximum of 25 patients per day
  • 15-minute and 20-minute F2F appointments
  • Fortnightly Duty Day but working as ‘Duty 3’ supporting two GP Partners – much easier day
  • Special interests encouraged, examples include minor surgery and ophthalmology
  • No late evenings and Saturdays are opt-in only

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
