The Practice

• Large GP Training practice with multiple GP Trainers and Registrars
• Outstanding CQC rating across all domains
• Purpose-built, modern premises
• Exceptional MDT including ACPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and HCAs
• Innovative total triage and workflow systems reducing GP pressure
• Excellent administrative support with constant workflow optimisation
• Optional duty doctor/on-call responsibilities

Your Role

• Salaried GP or GP Partner opportunity
• Flexible number of sessions available
• Around 12 patient contacts per session
• 15-minute appointments with protected follow-up slots
• Optional duty doctor sessions with enhanced sessional rate
• Minimal home visits
• Flexible start and finish times where possible
• No mandatory extended hours commitment
• Opportunity to develop specialist interests and portfolio work
• Supportive induction and mentoring process

Salary and Benefits

• £11,600+ per session depending on duties and experience
• Optional duty doctor participation, with commensurate salary offering
• BMA model contract

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
