Learn MoreOur client is a friendly, close-knit and well-run GP surgery with a genuine family-feel culture, where teamwork, approachability and sustainability are at the heart of daily working life. This is a small, supportive practice that prides itself on being well-staffed, highly organised and an enjoyable place to work.
With a very manageable workload, longer appointment times, and strong MDT support – including an experienced Paramedic Practitioner handling the vast majority of home visits – this role offers an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking balance, stability and a welcoming team environment.
You will benefit from regular catch-ups, shared breaks (including twice-daily coffee breaks organised by the admin team!), pooled lists to reduce pressure, and an informal, open-door culture with the Partner. The practice is forward-thinking, open to developing specialist interests, and is continuously improving its systems and workflows to support clinicians.
