A respected GP Training Practice in Yeovil is seeking a Salaried GP for up to 8 sessions. The practice is highly organised around reducing GP pressure, with strong MDT support, minimal home visits and a clear, sustainable working day. Previous GPs we’ve introduced have fed back very positively and remain in post.

Salary & Benefits

Workload & Structure

• 12 patients per session
• 15-minute appointments as standard
• Weekly protected admin session (or paid in lieu)
• Flexible start/finish times – structure your own day
• Named GP model supporting continuity of care

Workload support:

• GPs see less than 10% of incoming documents and letters
• Paramedics handle the majority of home visits
• Paramedics also manage most same-day demand
• Duty Doctor role is oversight-focused, not patient-heavy
