Salaried GP

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to work in a medium sized surgery, which has a good CQC report and has a great local reputation.

The very experienced GP Partnership are happy to provide support to newly qualified GPs and very much welcome doctors eligible for ARRS funding to join the friendly team. This will not be a short contract role, but a full contracted salaried GP position and a permanent contract.

Appointments are 10-15 minutes long and GPs have access to a fantastic triage and admin team. The practice ideally looking for an open minded GP who is happy to work collaboratively for the long-term and they welcome suggestions and ideas on future development.

Home visits are usually 1-2 per day. The practice benefits from having an extensive multi-disciplinary team and a PCN support team.

The clinical and non-clinical teams are long-standing, compassionate and understand the needs of their patients. They are incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking. The culture of the practice is friendly and informal and they pursue policies to promote a healthy work/life balance.

Monday or Friday would be the anchor days with flexibility on the remaining sessions.  6 sessions available at a fantastic £13400 per session.

Location – Bury St Edmunds

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.

Your role –

• 6 sessions ideal, with Monday or Fridays being the anchor days with flexibility with the other sessions.
• Controlled workload – 26 total contacts, including morning triage calls. All appointments 10. Triage model so work load is very manageable.
• Working closely with a very experienced GP partners.
• Opportunities to develop special interests
