Locum GP

We’re partnering with a highly organised, well-regarded surgery seeking a Locum GP for 6 sessions per week throughout January 2026. The practice offers a manageable clinical workload, supported by an established multi-disciplinary team in a rural location, just outside Somerset.

Salary £700 per day

Location – Bristol

The surgery –

• Training practice
• Supportive team of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Clinical and non-clinical supporting staff
• CQC Good
• Rural area
• 6700 patients
• SystemOne

Your role –

• Locum GP
• 6 sessions per week throughout January
• 30am -6pm
• Ideally, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
• 15-minute appointments/21 patients per day
• Home visits would be very occasionally for palliative care etc. as Home visiting service support with these
• Admin slots to support with prescriptions and tasks scheduled into the rota
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and be registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
