The Practice

• Mixed billing model, giving you more time with patients than a bulk-billing practice.
• Purpose-built premises in the heart of Cobblebank Village, with eight consulting rooms and room to grow.
• A hands-on, personally engaged practice owner with a genuine track record of settling in UK-trained GPs and dentists for the long term.
• Flexible consultation lengths, set by individual preference rather than a fixed clinic standard.
• A collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, with a co-located dental practice next door for easy cross-referral.

Benefits

• Full-time GPs are earning in the range of AUD $520,000 to $1,040,000 per year before tax (approximately £275,000 to £550,000), depending on patient load.
• A guaranteed minimum of AUD $175 per hour (approximately £95) for your first three months, giving income certainty while you build your list.
• A straightforward 70/30 fee split, applied consistently across the board regardless of billing type.
• A built-in, growing patient base thanks to Cobblebank’s rapid residential expansion, with doctors already booking out quickly.
• Choice of shift pattern, including morning or evening sessions and just one Saturday a month.
• On-site pathology, dietary, physiology, cardiology, endocrinology and physiotherapy services, so your patients rarely need to be referred elsewhere.

• Full control over your own schedule through the practice’s online booking system.
• Ongoing opportunities to expand your scope of practice as the clinic and its specialist network continue to grow.

Skills and Requirements

• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List, or registered with the AMC and RACGP.
• MRCGP or equivalent qualifications.
• AMC/RACGP registration eligibility.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
