Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) – £58,000-£68,000 | Hybrid Working | Single-Site Role

A genuinely flexible and well-supported Clinical Pharmacist role within a stable, close-knit GP practice in Newcastle. This is a rare opportunity to work in a single-site setting with strong clinical collaboration, excellent retention, and the option to shape your clinics around your interests.

Salary & Benefits

• £58,000–£68,000 per annum
• NHS Pension
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week study leave
• Indemnity fees paid
• Work for one practice at one site (no PCN multi-site working)

Workload & Structure

• Full-time across 4 or 5 days
• Hybrid model: minimum 2 days on-site, remainder from home (if desired)
• Independent Prescribing role within primary care
• Core work includes medication review clinics and general medicines management
• Opportunity to develop clinics in:
  • Hypertension
  • Minor illness / acute presentations
  • Triage-style consultations (if desired)
• Collaborative working with GPs and ANPs
• SystmOne clinical system
