I have worked in Primary Care for the last 7 years and historically have dealt with many Recruitment agencies – all these experiences have been typical but seemed to lack the personal touch that for me, is so important.
In 2022 I had the pleasure to be introduced to Ciaran from Menlo Park. It’s safe to say that we hit it off straight away. He really listened to what the salaried GP role involved, asked exactly the right questions. He took the time to travel from Leeds to Hampshire to visit me at the Surgery which I had never experienced before. He met with some of our existing staff, looked around the building and really took the time to understand how we worked as a GP team.
He understood our patient demographic, what was currently working well and what areas we were trying to improve. His communication skills are outstanding, he kept me up to date constantly.
