A well-regarded GP Training Practice in North Swindon is seeking a Salaried GP for 4–6 sessions. This is a genuinely manageable role with 15-minute appointments, capped clinics and protected admin time, alongside strong clinical and administrative support.

Salary & Benefits

• £12,100 per session
• Indemnity paid

• 6 weeks annual leave

Workload & Structure

• 4–6 sessions available
• 15-minute appointments
• 12 patients per session
• Weekly pro-rata admin session
• Only one PM duty session per fortnight
• Interests encouraged, particularly elderly/frailty care

The Practice

• Established GP Training Practice with multiple GP Trainers and Medical Students
• Excellent admin support, with only 8–10 letters reaching GPs daily
• Stable, supportive Partnership team with excellent retention
• Low-deprivation demographic (practice is located in the suburbs) with strong continuity of care
• Positive feedback from previously placed GPs, including one who progressed to Partnership
• Daily coffee break and supportive team culture

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
