    Salary and Benefits – £12,500+ per session, Indemnity fees paid, GMC fees paid, NHS Pension, 6 weeks’ annual leave, 1-week study leave

    Location – Gloucester

    The surgery –

    • Mid-sized, purpose-built GP Training and Teaching practice
    • High QOF-achieving with a Good CQC rating
    • Strong, collaborative Partnership with diverse interests
    • Excellent multidisciplinary support including Clinical Pharmacists, ANPs and Physios
    • Efficient administrative and secretarial support reducing GP workload
    • Very strong staff retention and positive team culture
    • Exciting future development and expansion plans
    • Supportive of specialist interests and portfolio careers

    Your role –

    • Salaried GP
    • 4-6 sessions per week
    • 15-minute appointments throughout
    • Around 22 patient contacts per day plus protected GP-only continuity slots
    • Minimal admin burden thanks to excellent clinical and administrative support
    • Opportunity to develop specialist interests
    • Flexible, supportive working environment focused on sustainability and continuity
    • You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
