Salaried GP – Daventry – 4 to 8 sessions

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salaried GP to join a well-established and supportive GP Training Practice. With a strong leadership team and a stable clinical workforce, the practice offers an excellent environment for both newly qualified and experienced GPs. The incoming GP will replace a departing colleague, ensuring continuity within a well-functioning team.

• Easily commutable from Rugby, Southam and surrounding areas

The Practice

• Mid-sized practice with a varied patient demographic
• 5 GP Partners and 1 Managing Partner, supported by a team of Salaried GPs
• GP Training Practice with a focus on development and education
• Strong MDT including ANPs, Paramedic and additional roles via the PCN
• Purpose-built premises with excellent facilities, co-located with hospital services
• High QOF achievement and strong reputation for quality care
• Tier 2 visa sponsorship available

Your role

• Salaried GP position, open to newly qualified and experienced GPs
• Flexible sessions available – 4 to 8 sessions
• Standard consultation sessions with manageable workload
• Opportunity to develop specialist clinical interests
• Minimal home visits, supported by the wider MDT
• Opportunity for informal visit prior to interview
• Single-stage interview process
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.

Salary and Benefits

• £11,000 per session, increasing to £11,660 after 6-month probation
• 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
