Salary & Benefits

Workload & Structure

• 5+ sessions
• 8 urgent appointments per day only
• Remaining workload managed from your own patient list
• Protected follow-up slots (GP-controlled)
• No traditional duty doctor model – Triage GP filters and distributes workload
• Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
• No evenings or weekends
