A genuinely manageable Partner role with low buy-in, protected admin time and a well-structured working day. This is a tight-knit Training Practice where workload is actively controlled and Partners are supported to focus on both clinical work and leadership.

Salary & Benefits

• £150,000–£170,000 projected drawings (full-time)
• NHS pension
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 2 weeks study leave + weekly CPD
• Sabbatical every 5 years
• Low/accessible buy-in (leased premises)

Workload & Structure

• 5–6 sessions is the ideal but could offer more
• 11 patients per session
• 15-minute appointments
• 3 protected follow-up slots per session (GP-controlled)
• Weekly Partner/admin session
• Weekly CPD session
• Dedicated daily Admin GP handling urgent tasks
• Minimal home visits (largely covered by ST3s/ANPs)
• No evenings or weekends

The Practice

• Established GP Training Practice with multiple trainers
• Strong MDT: ACPs, ANPs, Pharmacist
• High QOF achievement
• Supportive, close-knit Partnership with daily coffee break
• Varied patient demographic though more affluent than surrounding areas
• SystmOne

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
