Job Summary:
An exceptional and unique role is available for a Family Physician seeking to practise in Downtown Toronto within a long-standing and highly regarded family medicine clinic. The role offers strong earning potential with a favourable overhead split, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to join a stable and supportive practice with deep roots in the community. This position is ideally suited to physicians seeking continuity of care, mentorship from highly experienced colleagues, and the chance to establish themselves within a respected Toronto practice.
The Practice:
This well-established family practice has been serving the local community for over 40 years and has built an excellent reputation, with the majority of patients joining through word-of-mouth referrals. The clinic benefits from long-term stability, operating from a building owned by the practice rather than leased, allowing for reduced overhead costs and greater operational flexibility. Modern technology and well-equipped facilities support efficient clinical delivery, while a collaborative and supportive team environment ensures physicians can focus on patient care. Three physicians currently practise at the clinic, including a highly experienced physician with more than 50 years of clinical practice and another physician who also serves as Practice Manager. The clinic maintains a family-like atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and long-term professional relationships.
