The practice:
A well established clinic known for delivering caring, high-quality and comprehensive primary care within a supportive team environment. Operating on a blended FFS model with additional capitation payments, GPs benefit from strong earning potential and financial stability. The clinic offers opportunities to develop skills across women’s health, joint injections, ADHD care and allergy testing, supported by on-site services including pharmacy, ECGs, spirometry and minor procedures. With excellent staff retention, strong demand, and fully booked GP schedules, incoming doctors can expect to build a full patient base within 2–3 months. Standard hours run Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with flexibility, an average of 25–30 patients per day and 10-minute consults.
Salary Range: £190,000 – £250,000 GBP
