Salaried GP

Background –

You will be joining a genuinely forward-thinking GP practice which has made a number of changes recently to make the practice far more patient centric. The partners have invested in new technology and a very experienced nursing and admin team to improve the patient experience. Patient feedback has shown these changes have already taken effect.

The practice has a very experienced team now and they would be open to someone developing into a partnership role!

Salary – £10,500-£12,000 per session + NHS pension + indemnity + 6  weeks’ leave + BH + BMA Model contract

Location – Gosport area

The surgery –

• 8500 patient list-size
• CQC – Good
• Fantastic team mentality, very experienced nursing and admin team.
• Excellent staff retention

Your role –

• Salaried GP
• 6 sessions per week
• 15 minute appointments.
• Low number of home visits – 1 per month.
• No out of hours.
• Route to Partnership.
• Routine and duty mix.
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
