We are the very proud winners of the Staffing Agency of the Year at the General Practice Awards. Read the story of our growth and how we became award winners.

Our story

Since we began in 2015, we have grown considerably in terms of size and expertise. Whilst our team has grown, our core values of what we do have always remained our central focus. Our aim is, and always will be, to help the NHS. We want to continuously provide Primary Care professionals and Surgeries with permanent placements. The purpose behind this, is to save them money by reducing the need for Locums. This provides both staff and the practices, along with their patients, a stable environment with continual care. This core value is what has driven us since day one and is at the heart of everything we do.

Nominated for the General Practice Awards!

After our nomination for the General Practice awards in July 2019, there was a month of voting. In August, we were given the exciting news that we had been shortlisted. In November, our team travelled down to London to attend the awards ceremony at the Westminster Plaza Hotel. The evening started with a Champagne reception, followed by a three-course meal. Then the exciting part of the awards ceremony itself was up next. When our category came up, the host announced that the company who had won, had done so due to the amount of money they had saved the NHS by not using Locums and only focusing on permanent placements.

When our name was announced as the winners of the award, the elation felt in the room was palpable!

General Practice Award

The team took to the stage to accept the award and pose for some commemorative photos. Then we spent the night celebrating, revelling and enjoying our win. It was a night none of us will forget, and we were all so proud and thankful to be able to be part of the celebrations and to join in with the festivities.

After the teams’ consistent hard work and dedication, it was humbling for us to be recognised by our peers within the industry, and by the General Practice Awards. It has confirmed to us that our approach is one that is truly having a positive impact on the NHS and Primary Care.

We’re still absolutely delighted to have won. Our award has pride of place in the office and serves as a reminder of all our hard work and the positive impact we are making. We look forward to the next chapter!
