Great news for Worcester and Hereford GP Practices!
Results from a 2020 GP Patient Survey which were published this month, shows that residents in Worcester and Herefordshire had a more “positive experience of their practice” than other places across the country.
The national average of patients rating their Primary Care ‘good’ is at a very positive 82%

Concerns for elderly or vulnerable patients
GPs in Wales have expressed concern that vulnerable and elderly patients are not seeking the help they may need due to fears over the virus, and limited, or no access to the technology needed for virtual consultations.
