Background

Workload is kept manageable through efficient systems and a strong admin team, and there is a clear route to a Lead GP role with extra responsibility over time. Location
The practice is based in West Cumbria and is commutable from places such as Carlisle, Cockermouth and Whitehaven. The area offers dramatic coastal and Lake District scenery, a lower cost of living than many parts of the country, and a strong sense of community.
