Location

The practice is set in a market town at the foot of the Malvern Hills, with a mainline train station providing a direct link to London.

The Practice

• GP Training Practice, with a GP trainer in post and a second colleague working towards trainer accreditation
• High-achieving QOF performance across the board
• Mid-sized practice with a strong local reputation and genuinely low staff turnover
• Strong partnership team backed by a large salaried GP team
• Well-resourced multidisciplinary support, including Advanced Care Practitioners, a Physician Associate, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and a Pharmacy Technician
• CQC rated Good overall

Your Role

• 4 to 6 sessions per week, with Monday essential
• Personal patient lists, offering genuine continuity of care
• 1 to 2 monthly administrative sessions, depending on sessions worked
• Daily coffee break with the team during morning clinic
• BMA safe-working guidance followed, with no more than 25 patient contacts in a regular day
• Minimal home visits, averaging around 1 a week
• 20-minute appointments on the Duty Doctor day
• Access to a fellowship programme in your first year

Salary and Benefits

• £11,000 to £12,500 per session
• Indemnity fees covered
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week study leave (pro rata)
• NHS Pension

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
