The Practice

• Independent contractor model with private billing, on a 65/35 split in your favour, so your income scales directly with your hours and patient numbers.
• Two decades of stability – the practice has operated from the same Springfield Lakes site since 2004, with a practice manager of 19 years and staff retention rarely seen elsewhere.
• Broad clinical scope, including skin cancer checks and excisions, antenatal care, women’s health including implants and IUDs, chronic disease management, WorkCover assessments and travel medicine.
• UK-trained practice owner who made the same move herself and has since personally brought several British GPs into the practice.
• Genuinely lifestyle-first culture, with most GPs choosing to work a four-day week and a strong social calendar including river kayaking and bowling.

Location Overview

Robelle Domain’s 24 hectares of parkland include the free Orion Lagoon waterpark and 11km of boardwalks and treetop walks, while the Gold Coast is a 40-45 minute drive for weekend beach trips. Brisbane CBD is around 30km away, reachable by direct train or a 35-40 minute drive against the flow of peak traffic. Skills and Requirements

• Qualified as a General Practitioner, with MRCGP or equivalent qualification.
• Eligible for registration with the AMC and RACGP (or already registered).
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
