Learn MoreJob Summary:
Are you a patient-centred GP looking for a better work-life balance without compromising on earnings? Would you like to live by the coast while working in a well-established private billing practice with strong patient demand and genuine flexibility?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected, long-standing practice in one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing coastal communities.
This clinic is seeking a GP to join its stable and supportive team following a recent retirement. With a moderate patient pace, excellent earning potential and a strong focus on quality care, this role offers the chance to enjoy General Practice the way it was intended.
The Practice:
This clinic has been established for more than 30 years and enjoys an excellent reputation throughout the Rockingham region. The practice is privately billing, meaning a lower stress workload and a patient population that values continuity of care.
Led by a highly respected figure within Western Australian primary care, the practice has built a culture centred around collaboration, quality care and long-term staff retention. Support staff turnover is exceptionally low, with many team members having worked at the practice for over five years, and some for more than 20 years.
The clinic benefits from physiotherapy and pathology services on-site, with radiology nearby, providing an integrated model of care and excellent patient outcomes. GPs are encouraged to develop specialist interests including skin cancer medicine, women’s health, chronic disease management and minor surgery.
