Job Summary

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established family practice in Langley Township, BC, offering full-time earnings of up to C$700,000 (approximately £380,000) with no weekend work required. Six GPs already share a built-in patient base built up over more than 30 years, meaning genuine earning potential from day one.

The Practice

• Established since 1992, the Murrayville site has served Langley families for more than 30 years, with a second, newer site in nearby Willoughby now expanding fast to meet demand.
• A blended family practice and walk-in model gives you a stable, registered patient panel alongside walk-in volume, so your diary stays full without needing to build a list from scratch.
• A built-in patient base of 150-200 patients a day across the physician team, with typical daily loads of 35-40 patients and capacity for up to 60 walk-ins when needed.
• Special interests are actively welcomed, including a MediSpa aesthetics partnership on-site for GPs with a cosmetic or aesthetic interest.
• A close-knit team of six GPs and six Medical Office Assistants, offering genuine flexibility and autonomy over how you run your clinical day.

Location Overview

Weekends can be spent walking the trails of Campbell Valley Regional Park, touring the Langley Loop’s breweries and cideries, or exploring local farms on the self-guided Circle Farm Tour through a township that is home to half of Metro Vancouver’s farmland. Vancouver itself is a straightforward 45-50 minute drive away, giving easy access to city life while still enjoying a relaxed, family-friendly community with a strong sense of belonging and good local schools, including IB and French Immersion options.

Skills and Requirements

• MRCGP or equivalent qualification.
• Full registration eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC).
• CCFP certification, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
