Who are The Menopause Sisters?

The Menopause Sisters are Dr Claire Phipps, a GP in London; and Caroline Phipps-Urch, is a trauma informed yoga teacher. Together they founded The Menopause Sisters website.

They are passionate about bringing awareness of, and a knowledge-based understanding of all aspects of the Menopause, covering topics likes, Peri and Post Menopause, HRT and definitions surrounding the topic.

We have been lucky enough to have Claire and Caroline provide us with videos about this subject, so raise awareness and help people understand the menopause better.
