Once we find a practice we believe matches what you are looking for, we will register your interest. We will then set up the first stage of the process, often an informal visit and then gather feedback. Contract negotiations

Once you are happy with the practice we have introduced you to, we assist with offer and contract negotiations. We will be able to advise you on market-rate and negotiate an offer that is fair.

When the offer has been accepted and you start your new position, we are still on hand for support. We will keep in touch for the first few months to make sure you’re happy. If there are any issues that arise, we can help these to get resolved quickly.
