We are delighted to announce the winner of the Veterinary Stars. It’s an honour to be able to recognise and reward these amazing people.

There were lots of great nominations so it is always hard to pick a winner! Without further ado…

Not only did he provide a consistent treatment plan and did extensive research ensuring he was providing us with the most knowledge on each treatment option. He has provided my family with support during the whole process.

I can’t thank him enough for coming to work on his day off to ensure the surgery went well and provided any measurements and advice the surgical vet needed.

I honestly can not describe how much that meant to me, therefore I would love to show my appreciation as a lot of time the effort of team members can go unseen.”

Claire was nominated for: “This is a charity clinic so the staff give up a lot of time and resources to help as many animals as they can.

Claire has been working so hard for many years and she does so with little recognition. So many animals have been saved because of her hard work and dedication.”

Maddie Allsop

Read the nomination for Maddie: “She carried out her first PU op on my 1.5yr old cat and saved his life!!! She had only just completed the training on this operation but I trusted her to do everything she could for my precious boy!

We followed her post-op instructions to the letter and 8 months later, he is thriving and it’s all because of Maddie!

Cannot thank her enough!”
