Locum GP, Acute Care Hub – Yeovil

Background –

If you enjoy acute care in a General Practice setting, we’re working with a well-established practice in Yeovil, Somerset, looking for locum GP cover for their acute care hub. They have dates available throughout November and December, so whether you’re after a one-off day or a few regular dates before the end of the year, there’s flexibility to fit around your diary.

Salary £650 per day

 Location – Yeovil, Somerset

The surgery –

• Mid-sized, established practice serving Yeovil and the surrounding area
• Rated Good by the CQC across all five key areas
• Dedicated acute care hub managing on-the-day demand
• Limited on-site parking, with public parking close by
• EMIS practice

Your role –

• Acute and on-the-day appointments only
• Working day of 9:30am to 5:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
• 15-minute appointments
• Protected admin time built into the day
• Only require self-generated admin from your own acute appointments
• No routine admin, blood results, document workflow or ongoing patient follow-up
• Dates available across November and December
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and be registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
