    Small Animal Vet – Independent Practice – 1 in 6 weekends!

    No OOH. 1 in 6 weekends, one day only. Up to £85K. Flexible working. Independent practice.

    What You’ll Get

    The Practice and Team

    This is a modern, well-equipped small animal practice designed to support a high standard of first opinion care.

    You’ll be working alongside an experienced and approachable team of vets and nurses, with a collaborative culture that encourages case discussion and shared learning. Sole charge is limited, meaning support is always available when needed.

    Facilities include:

    • Digital X-ray
    • Ultrasound
    • In-house laboratory
    • Dedicated surgical theatre
    • Modern consulting rooms

    The Role

    A varied GP role combining consults and surgery.

    You’ll:

    • Manage a broad caseload with continuity
    • Perform routine and developing surgical procedures
    • Work cases up to a high standard
    • Build strong client relationships

    The rota is structured to support a manageable workload and consistent work-life balance.

    CPD and Development

    You’ll be supported through:

    • Funded CPD with access to external courses
    • Certificate support with financial backing and protected study time
    • A team culture that encourages clinical discussion and development

    What You’ll Need

    • 3+ years small animal experience
    • Confident with routine surgery and consults
    • Team-focused and collaborative
