Our client, a young and thriving independent practice on the outskirts of Norwich, is seeking a talented and compassionate veterinary surgeon to join their expanding team.

Established in early 2023, the practice has already built a strong client base and is known for its warm, inclusive, and community-focused approach. With plans for further growth, this is a unique chance to play an integral role in shaping the future of a modern veterinary practice.

Salary

The salary range is £36,000 – £60,000, dependent on experience.

Your Role

The practice is looking for a dedicated and proactive veterinary surgeon who enjoys working in a dynamic and evolving setting. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified veterinary surgeon with a valid UK licence.
• Have at least 3+ years of experience, capable candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• Be skilled in imaging (desired but not essential).
• Thrive in a team environment where support and collaboration are paramount.
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering respectful and compassionate advice.
• Be flexible and open to handling a wide range of cases, from routine surgeries to more complex procedures.
