Salaried GP with view to Partnership

Salary – c£11,000 per session (whilst Salaried), plus indemnity and BMA-equivalent contract

The surgery –

• GP Teaching Practice with 2nd and 4th year medical students – long-time GP Training Practice with aspirations to start hosting Registrars again in near future
• Young and dynamic Partnership – patient-centred, not money-centred
• Geared towards reducing GP workload
• Home-visiting Paramedics
• Outstanding workflow team – GP Assistant handling virtually all documents including all routine pathology
• Support from a Physio, Counsellor, Mental Health Youth Worker and Pharmacy Tech, leaving GPs to focus on GP-related work
• Purpose-built, modern premises – the envy of the local area!
• Popular residential suburb with mixed demographic
• Daily lunch meeting between the GPs – plenty of biscuits on offer
• SystmOne

Your role –

• Salaried GP with a 6-12 month view to Partnership
• 4 or more sessions – would consider full-time
• Less than 30 patients per day
• Flexibility around start and finish times – can complete admin from home
• Half-day on-calls only, using Klinik to triage patients and assign to relevant clinician
• Low visiting – practice does perhaps 1 a week
• No late evenings
