Salary – £12,100 per session for the ‘full’ job but there is the option to have a ‘clinics only’ job paying £10,400 per session

Location – Portland, Dorset 

The Surgery –

• GP Training Practice, also hosting medical students
• Pioneering model of care
• Geared towards reducing GP workload
• Optimising workflow and patient contact
• Established team of highly-skilled ANPs streamlining

• Twice daily coffee breaks 
• Flexibility around working hours

Your role –

• Salaried GP (with option for Partnership after 6-12 months)
• 25 patients per day
• 15-minute appointments
• Minimal home visits (practice only gets 1-2 a week)
• Triage-focused Duty Days working always alongside an ANP (no solo Duty)
• No enhanced access/Saturday cover
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
