Salaried GP (view to Partnership available)

Background –

The practice is looking to recruit into 6-8 sessions and may consider two GPs working 4 sessions each.

Salary – £11,000 – £11,500 per session

Location – Chard

The surgery –

• GP Training Practice (also hosting nursing students)
• Excellent GP feedback
• Brand new premises on the horizon
• Mixed demographic offering good variety
• Flat hierarchy with Salaried GPs given equal voices to Partners
• Support from established MDT including Nurse Practitioner, Physios, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs and more
• Very low visiting
• Specialisms heavily encouraged – personal development plans in place for all staff

Your role –

• Salaried GP
• 4 or more sessions
• Very manageable workload consisting of:
  • 12 patients per sessions
  • 15-minute appointments
• Admin session (pro rata’d to sessions worked – 8 sessions would be 7 clinical, 1 admin)
• No evenings
• No weekends
• Using EMIS Web
