Salaried GP

Salary – c£11,000-12,000 per session

Location – Andover

The surgery –

• GP Training Practice
• Cohesive team of Partners who are well thought of locally (one of which we recruited)
• Pleasant demographic – mostly middle-class without the ‘worried well’ more affluent areas can bring
• Coffee break every morning and regularly meet for lunch too
• Very low visiting, only perhaps one a day as a practice so very infrequent for GPs
• EMIS practice

Your role –

• Salaried GP (newly qualifying also welcomed including those needing visa sponsorship)
• 6 sessions ideally though may be only to slightly less
• Very manageable workload consisting of:
  • 12 patients per session
  • 15-minute appointments
  • Flexible start and finish times
• A full session back in lieu every two Duty days
• No evenings
• No weekends
• List-holding for excellent continuity of care with below-average cap on list sizes
