Salaried GP

Background –

An opportunity to return to streamlined clinical work with a genuine work/life balance. As a Salaried GP in this Practice, you will benefit from an incredible workload of 25 patient contacts per day and 15-minute appointment slots. The Practice has a strong MDT including ANPs, Paramedics and a Pharmacist too.

The Practice have prioritised patient care and education, meaning a fantastic service while not stretching their GP team too thinly. A stressful duty day is a thing of the past and you’ll average 9-23 patient contacts per day as part of a diverse on-call team.

Salary – £78,128 – £140,000 + Indemnity paid, NHS pension, 6 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave

Location – North Powys – Commutable from Shrewsbury, Wrexham, Oswestry etc.

Your role –

• Salaried or Partner GP
• 6-8 sessions per week
• 15-minute appointments
• Very limited patient contacts, 25 per day including face to face
• Minimal home visits thanks to duty team and Paramedics
• Reasonable on call commitment, working as part of a team rather than just by yourself
• Heavily restricted admin due to efficient protocols and processes in place
